Absolutely! We pride ourselves on the belief that everyone can participate in our Boot Camps and get the best workout possible for their fitness level. Seasoned vets and newbies can take the same class and both leave feeling equally challenged and satisfied.

Don’t let the term “Boot Camp” scare you – you got this! Boot Camp is just a style of exercise classes and not a demanding, screaming, yelling, and masochistic program. Maybe at other fitness studios, but not at Sync. Our classes can be taken by anyone at any level and will always leave you wanting more!
