Physicians, now more than ever, are recommending all expecting mothers partake in some form of exercise to help support their own health and their babies. However, a lot of new expecting mothers may be unaware of where to start, how long to exercise, and what level of intensity is appropriate? In other cases many women that already exercising prior to pregnancy, may become nervous about continuing their fitness regimens throughout their pregnancy.
