A gym advertising workouts to do in home? Unheard of! But its true. At Sync we are more about helping you find ways to exercise and improve your well-being than just trying to sell you a membership to out studio. While we do love and support all of our mebers, we also understand that not everyone feels comfortable yet in a class setting.

That’s why we will be starting an in-home video series in the coming weeks; complete with full body exercises that are not only safe, but also effective for all stages of pregnancy.
