What is Core De Force?

Core De Force (CDF) is a martial arts inspired workout format that lets you kick and punch your way into ahhhhhmazing shape. I’ve been doing Core De Force workouts for a few months now and here’s what I’ve noticed:

  • Massive calorie burn in each workout (and the most fun cardio I’ve ever done)
  • A tighter, leaner midsection (thanks to the high intensity intervals + full body movements)
  • New and oh-so-lovely shoulder definition (thanks to all that punching)
  • The workouts just fly by thanks to the high energy moves and awesome music

If you’ve been looking to add some excitement and additional core work to your workouts, CDF is definitely for you. Our CDF Coach Taryn is an expert at keeping your workouts safe, effective, and ridiculously fun. You will undoubtedly find yourself loving this workout as you laugh your way through the sweat.

No martial arts experience is necessary to start CDF. These workouts can be modified for all fitness levels. All of our members are learning these moves together, so it’s a lot of fun to just show up and see where Taryn’s kicking and punching sequences take you. If you already have some experience with boxing style workouts, Taryn is ready to challenge you to take it to the next level.
